Q•NAQ operates as a neutral intermediary and hosting provider. In accordance with:

Q•NAQ shall not be treated as the publisher of user-generated content.

  1. NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY

Q•NAQ is not an employer, recruitment agency, broker, or legal advisor. No employment, agency, partnership, or fiduciary relationship is created.

  1. USER CONTENT

Users are solely responsible for all content they create, upload, or publish. Q•NAQ does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy or legality of any content.

  1. NO RELIANCE

Users expressly agree not to rely on any content available on the Platform. All use is at the user’s own risk.

  1. PAID SERVICES ONLY

All services provided on the Platform are paid.

No free services are offered.

  1. SERVICE FEATURES AND POSITIONING

The Platform offers paid features including:

Standard listings

Premium listings (top placement, randomized rotation) VIP listings (priority positions after premium, randomized) Highlighted listings (visual emphasis)

Boosted listings (elevated ranking within a category and region)

All positioning is algorithmic, dynamic, and subject to change at any time. No guarantee of visibility, engagement, or results is provided.

  1. PRICING

Prices are determined solely by Q•NAQ and may be modified at any time without prior notice.

Services already purchased remain valid under the conditions at the time of purchase.

  1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments are processed via Stripe.

Payment data is processed exclusively by Stripe Q•NAQ does not store payment card details Transactions are subject to Stripe’s terms

Q•NAQ shall not be liable for payment processing errors or failures.

  1. PAYMENT, DIGITAL SERVICES AND NO-REFUND POLICY
  2. Nature of Services

All services are digital, intangible, and delivered immediately upon activation or publication.

  1. Express Consent and Waiver The user:

Requests immediate execution of the service Acknowledges that the service begins instantly

Waives any right of withdrawal or cancellation where permitted by law

  1. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including: Early removal of listings

Account deletion Partial use of services Dissatisfaction

Lack of results

  1. Service Completion

The service is considered fully performed upon activation or publication.

  1. Billing Authorization

By making a payment, the user:

Authorizes the transaction Confirms intent to purchase Accepts these Terms in full

  1. Chargebacks and Disputes

Users agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks. In case of dispute:

Accounts may be suspended or terminated Access may be revoked

Costs may be recovered

  1. ACCOUNT SECURITY

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activities under their account.

  1. PROHIBITED USE

Users may not:

Provide false or misleading information Engage in fraud

Use bots, scraping, or automation Violate applicable laws

  1. CONTENT MODERATION

Q•NAQ may remove, restrict, or modify content at its sole discretion, without notice or liability.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All rights, titles, and interests in the Platform belong to Q•NAQ or its licensors.

  1. INDEMNIFICATION

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q•NAQ from any claims arising from:

User content Violations of law Misuse of the Platform

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Loss of profits, business, or opportunities

Employment outcomes

  1. AVAILABILITY

Q•NAQ does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Q•NAQ is not responsible for third-party services or integrations.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

Data is processed in accordance with:

  1. EXTENDED BUSINESS RISK DISCLAIMER

All commercial, employment, and financial outcomes are solely the responsibility of the user.

  1. FULL RISK ASSUMPTION

The user expressly assumes all risks associated with the use of the Platform.

  1. EXTENDED LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Data loss Reputational damage Loss of opportunity

Any indirect or consequential damages.

  1. ASSIGNMENT
