Maasdam Freight Forwarding arranges ocean, road and rail freight for importers and exporters moving cargo through the Port of Rotterdam, with an in-house customs brokerage handling roughly 600 declarations a month. We work with container lines, inland barge operators and road hauliers to keep freight moving from quay to final destination. Our Rotterdam office employs around 130 people across freight forwarding, customs operations and logistics support, plus a small warehouse team handling transloading and short-term storage. Most of our shipping coordinators trained on the job rather than joining with a logistics degree.
