Kowalczyk Precyzja machines precision metal components — housings, shafts and fittings — for industrial equipment and appliance manufacturers across Poland and Germany. Our Wrocław workshop runs a mix of CNC turning and milling centres alongside a small toolroom for fixtures and prototypes. We employ about 140 people across two shifts, most of them machinists, quality inspectors and toolmakers. Half of our current supervisors trained as apprentices here.
