Wisła Fulfillment handles pick-pack-ship fulfilment for Polish and German e-commerce brands from a single facility on the outskirts of Warsaw, processing orders that range from single-item parcels to multi-box furniture deliveries. Order volume roughly triples in the run-up to the November and December sales peaks.
We employ around 40 people across picking, packing and returns processing, plus a lean operations team that plans staffing against forecasted order volume. Most of our team leads were promoted from the picking floor within their first two years.
